1972 – Started entertainment career and playing around West Palm Beach, FL, then played at Zoar Hotel, in Zoar, OH, and was doing solo jobs around Chicago. Played a series of bookings at the Holiday Inn in Vail, CO and formed a band there that did warmup acts for such performers as Hoyt Axton, Ricky Nelson, John Stewart, Kenny Rogers, Michael Martin Murphey, the Platters, Montana, the Oak Ridge Boys, et al.
Wrote over 125 published songs, and had 10 singles, mostly recorded in Nashville, and an album, with my single “Sweet Revenge” making the top 40 in the Country Charts. Retired in 1982.
Just picked it back up this summer and interested in joining or forming a band for country/rock. Like to do a lot of my own music.., some of it is comedic.
Want to do gigs in afternoons and early evenings.., no late night work.
