I'm an experienced rhythm/lead guitar player seeking an established band or other experienced musicians.
I have well over 100+ shows under my belt, pro gear and a pro attitude.
I can contribute to backup vocals/harmonies and also play bass.
Experience
I played a lot of music in my early 20s and 30s performing, writing, recording, promoting, touring regionally and was a booking agent at one of the best live music venues in Salt Lake City.
I have a fair amount of professional studio experience and have worked with some respected engineers and producers. I have a good ear for hooks, melodies, harmonies, and arrangements.
I'm happy playing anything in the genre of rock, funk, pop, indie, acoustic etc. and am good playing covers or original music.
I'm not interested in playing metal, hardcore, or nu metal - nothing against it, it's just not my scene.
I've written and recorded original music that's received air play on SLC's X96, KBER 101, 97.5 The Blaze, Komp in Las Vegas, Kbear 101 in Eastern Idaho and KROQ in Los Angeles. In March 2010, my band's video for 'The Youth are Disillusioned' took Rock Music Video of the Year 2009 from America FreeTV.
I've shared the stage with Neon Trees, After Midnight Project, Unwritten Law, Jefferson Starship, Hunter Hayes, 12 Stones, The Moth & Flame, Ryan Shupe & the RubberBand, Royal Bliss, Moonshine Bandits, Colt Ford, The Lemonheads and also played the Kevin Says Stage at the 2009 Warped Tour.
