I've been playing a Hammond organ since the 60's. I played professionalluy for more than 10 years. I've got back to gigging about 6 months ago. I've been fortunite enough to find work with a couple of bands. They are both cover bands that I'm still filling in with and getting a decent amount of work. I'm looking for an existing cover band or; a base player, lead guitar and drummer to form a band with a potential for more than just playing covers, but that would be the initial goal. I'm looking to gig as much as possible. There are a lot of gigs in the area and I've done some booking and believe that with the right band gigs wouldn't be a problem. It seems there are cover lists for the area and I think know about half ther songs usually played. If it's something I don't know I can ussually pick up tunes quickly. I never did play piano but I've been working on it. It's not too strong. I have a Hammond XK1 which is like having a B that fits in my trunk. This keyboard is awesome! I also have a Yamaha workstation that I use for piano. I sing lead and backup vocals.
