Contact - robertr4charter - 52yo - Newtown (Sandy Hook)CT... Robertr4charter - I've been playing in bands all my life - since I was 14 or 15. Everything from Rock to Punk to New Wave to Electronica to Experimental to Jazz to Classical. I've got a Master's Degree in Music Composition and my first career was composing music for dance companies (even won some awards).
I do have a full time day job and do also sometimes travel for work which could keep me out of town for a couple weeks at a time. If this sounds good, and anyone is interested, please do get in touch.

Influences
I like all kinds of music, but mostly want to ROCK. Bands that have influenced me include King Crimson, Frank Zappa, Pink Floyd, Primus, The Who, Clash, Bowie, Steve Reich, Todd Rundgren, Stravinsky, Patti Smith, Morphine, Radiohead, Miles Davis, Brian Eno, NiN, Green Day - way too many to list. However I'm not really interested in doing covers, I mostly want to play original music.
