I guess some of my influences would include Janis Joplin, Big Mama Thorton, Bessie Smith, Aretha Franklin, Judy Garland, Joni Mitchell, Mama Cass, Patsy Cline, Whitney Houston, Celine Dion, Mariah Carey, Susan Tedeski, Brandi Carlile, Melissa Etheridge, Bonnie Raitt, Etta James, John Fogarty, Muddy Waters, T.Bone Walker, Marshall Tucker Band, Tom Petty, John Mellencamp, Cat Stevens, Jimi Hendrix, Bonnie Raite, Michael Jackson, Miley Cyrus (I know) Queen, Roger Ridley ..... man, I can't think of any more; but you get the idea. I'm all over the map.
