Rock Solid Ground is comprised of two musicians residing in upstate South Carolina. Jesse Allen plays guitar and arranges lyrics, while Lee Michael Reid tightens the arrangement with percussion. The two 'ground' each other through their music, and create with it a sanctuary for the weary. The Rock Solid Ground EP demonstrates the musicianship of the band with only two members in a studio recording. As Lee Michael's father put it, "Here's what I got for a year of my life and 100 bucks." You can hear the rest of the recording over at the band's page:

Rock Solid Ground is searching for like-minded musicians with a desire to express themselves freely through music. Recruitment is currently open for a bass guitarist and lead vocalist. Current recordings are indicative of an empty bass presence, a slot that is not easily filled for Rock Solid Ground. Applicants should be prepared to learn several originals, and create their own parts to match the demonstrated music.
