Hello, my name is Allan. I am a saxophonist that seeks to create a rock band. I am a firm believer in the punk philosophy of DIY, which is why I am only really in need of an electric guitarist, a bass guitarist, and a drummer that can play tenor drums(I would do the drum parts myself, but I am not that skilled yet to play the parts I've written for drums). Everything else, such as the production, will be handled by myself.
I have played the saxophone for five years, however I had to stop due the saxophone breaking and not being able to afford a replacement. I have recently bought a new saxophone, however, and it plays wonderfully.
The style of rock music that I want to make is best described as "post-rock", or taking influence for a variety of styles of rock to create something that is hard to really categorize as rock. Styles that I pull from include progressive rock, shoegaze, indie rock, noise rock, post-hardcore, and experimental.
I have two albums worth of songs already written and ready to be played, I just need people to play them. If you do decide to make this music with me, I will teach you how the individual part goes.
I hope to be able to make music with you, I have lots of ideas for songs and I wish to find people that are at the very least semi-committed to making music (I understand if you're busy, I am too).
Since this sight won't let me message people without paying, if you're interested, please contact me at my number: 562 922 3882 or at my kik: rolas978
