Bio: Roots Man Project (RMP) is a 5 piece band based in Solano County that embraces the deep sound of roots reggae and dub music. The Project was formed in 2014, the group came together with the same interest to promote a roots reggae vibe and deliver messages thru lyrics that speak on everyday real life experiences such as evolution, love, social changes, struggles as well as political views.
The band has opened shows for reggae legend Anthony B, Jamaican artist Turbulence, Roots Reggae Band Midnite, Junior Toots, Hirie and more. The band provides an exceptional entertainment experience by engaging and interacting with the crowd to dance and sing along. They perform locally through out surrounding areas and their stage presence with elevated vibes has gained them loyal local fans and followers. Their goal is to share their positive energy and messages thru their music along with fun upbeat vibes that is inviting and well received by all ages and races.
