The Rooze is a jam band that started in Gainesville, Florida almost 4 years ago and is now located in Orlando. The current group brings an old rock'n'roll feel with some reggae and jam band sounds thrown in to make danceable music.
The Rooze has played festivals such as Aura Music Festival, Big and Hearty Music Festival, Orange Blossom Jamboree Music Festival and played cities around Florida such as Tampa, Gainesville, Dunedin, St. Pete, Orlando, Sanford, and New Smyrna Beach.
We are currently looking for an acoustic rhythm guitarist who can sing back-up and some lead vocals. ALSO, we are seeking a hand drummer, singing as well is preferable. The band is taking on more of a jam band sound and playing festivals and more serious gigs. We're looking for serious musicians only please.
