I made my way through college (Texas Tech) playing in a rock band in the mid-60's. We cut a couple of records at Norman Petty's studio in clovis, NM and were number one on the local market area. We had jobs playing most Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. It was great fun and I still play with these guys about 4 gigs a year I want to play more often and so am looking for some local musicians in the Tyler area.
