Hey, I'm 29 years old and just recently moved to Long Beach from London England. I have played Guitar for 15 years - mainly in Rock/Blues/Indie/Alternative type bands. Most of the bands I have been in we have written our own stuff but I have also played in a few cover bands. I want to find a band or a group local here to do something similar. It's more fun for me, practice once or twice a week and throw a gig in when we can get them. If we can get to the stage where we can gig frequently that would be great. I want something that is fun to play and can have a few beers whilst at it. I would be happy to join an already up and running band as rhythm, lead, or acoustic guitar - or would also be happy to try get one off the ground. Unfortunately I'm not much of a singer but can get through backing vocals sorta... Basically I just want to get back in the music game one way or another. Thanks, Ross
