My name's Noah, I'm 18 and I've been playing drums for around 12 years. I live south of Denver and have been wanting to join or create a band. I've always had a very heavy interest in metal, though I'm a fairly versatile drummer and can effectively play a multitude of different genres. I've been able to learn the fundamentals of how to run a band from Jon E Gee, the bassist for John Mellencamp and previously Ted Nugent. (Though the genres are different, the processes of running a band are similar) and I can leverage that connection to provide valuable insights and knowledge to a band. I'm always looking to improve and I especially love complex parts with differing time signatures and feels, with my favorite pieces to drum being pieces like Scene Seven: Dance of Eternity by Dream Theater and Cafo by Animals as Leaders. I'd love to play songs with a similar level of complexity though I am open to joining any band.
