We are an all original band located in the Carol Stream/Wheaton area.
We are two guitarists and a drummer (with some other musicians who join on a regular basis) who have been writing and making music for more than 30 years. Our style combines classic rock, blues, psychedelic and independent rock. We need a bass player and a keyboard player!
Think; Beatles, The Birds, The Band, Stones, Who, Kinks, Radio Head, Clash, Springsteen, Yes, Floyd, Zeppelin, ZZ, Queen, Furs, Fog Hat, Deep Purple, Thin Lizzy, The Allman Brothers, Rush, Young, Sabbath, Tull, ELP, Heep, Skynyrd, Zappa, The Dead, Roxy, Santana, Crimson, Costello, Cars, T. Rex, Etc, Etc. . ..

Basically, we are an eclectic group with a very open mind and willing to experiment and create. No pigeon-hole here. Just good music.

We have a goal, determination, resources and some good connections.

We need you! A serious and dedicated bassist willing to invest time, have some fun, expand your style and add to ours. And in the end, make some great music (and money and fame)!

We have a large catalog of all original music ranging in style from blues to classic rock to modern independent all with a unique and original flavor and always willing to add more.
Our goal: bringing our sound to the world through recording and performing. We are not interested in covers but will add some to our sets for flavor. If you have a garage band mentality and are just looking for the next dive to play in for free beer and partying we are probably not for you.

We have a semi-professional recording studio setup with a full array of recording gear in a dedicated safe secure location.
- Extremely powerful computer system, 40" display, high end SSD, 32Gb, 12TB, etc. . .
- Pro Tools 10.1
- Ableton Suite 9
- Dozens and dozens of professional quality plug-ins and add-ons
- 32 digital channel digital mixing board, digital snake for live performances when needed
- Outboard gear including plenty of FX like the Eleven-Rack, Lexicon, Roland VG-99, Sequencers, etc..
- A fantastic mic locker including Neuman's and others
- A couple standard basses, a 5 string bass, and a an amp (Little Bastard)
- Drums (acoustic and digital)
- Full PA system, Crown based, up to 7000 watts for live performances
- Midi controllers and synthesizers, Arturia, et al
- Professionally designed record art
- A full professional industrial graphic arts and printing facility at our disposal
- Everything but YOU!

We dedicate 3 nights a week (sometimes 4), 3-4 hours per session. We record everything including practice sessions. We are looking for fulltime eventually.

Rock and Roll never died; it just got Rustid! But we've been oiling the gears for years. So... We play a unique form of classic bluesy rock and have some modern items in the works. We have a secure, easy to get to, location for practicing. Semi-Studio. Well built. Good equipment. The pictures aren't all that current. But...

We are striving to get as many of our originals completed. We do and will do some covers but our goal is our version of R&R into the hands of the public.

We need a Bass player who would be dedicated, gregarious, not ego-struck, willing to work with others and highly motivated. Oh, patient as well.

We are looking for band members not session musicians or ego maniacs. No drugs are allowed or tolerated so don't even ask. We are available to and do practice 3-5 nights a week.

EQUIPMENT

Not garage band equipment but not quite Abbey Road either. Digital and analog recording equipment and small studio room with full adjustable acoustic treatment and cork floor. Acoustic treatment is all home made but works very well.

50 original songs in the catalog. Open to adding others of yours as well. Many ready for recording with the right musicians (members).

20+ professional quality guitars, 3 professional quality drum kits including electronic drums, 24x8x2 Topaz recording board, plenty of outboard gear, (Lexicon, Focusrite, M-Audio, UAD, Crown, Yamaha, Akai, ART, Analog Pre-Amps from Focusrite to ART, lots of good stuff to mess with) medium PA system (7000 wats with acoutraments), Pro Tools 10, Ableton live 8.2, Cubase 6 64bit, 16 digital in's at 192Khz, professional mic's (plenty of them! - Neuman, AKG, Shure, etc...), We use Mogami Gold and PLatinum cables, Nuetrik connectors, and so on....
