Our band needs a drummer! We're all working class guys with young kids and lots on our plates. We aren't looking to make it big, but we do want want our hobby to be a fine craft all the same. We're looking for someone who can be laid back, but also get to work to get the songs gig ready.

Influences
We all have different influences. Mine are Beck, Midlake, Andrew Bird, Spoon, RHCP, Pearl Jam, Kathleen Edwards, Neil Young, Wilco, Grizzly Bear, Jack White, etc, etc, etc... I could list and list, but what ended up happening is when you put all these things together, everyone that hears the band says we sound like The Doors, which I won't deny, but I wouldn't list it as a influence, either.
EQUIPMENT
A couple of electric guitars with decent amplifiers and a microphone. The band is well equipped for a gig.

Rough take recorded live during a practice. I'm working on my guitar solo skills, but fear not! The guy who does the guitar solos in the band is WAY BETTER.. I promise. Why is just plain "Rock" not an option?
