I'm getting back into music after 15 years of doing other stuff and I'm hoping to put a band together to play a couple shows and see where it takes us. For a bit of background, I've played in 4 different bands on the east coast between 2001 and 2008 and have roughly 20 years experience writing, performing, and recording music. I've played dozens of punk rock and psychobilly shows up and down the east coast primarily as a bass and keyboard player, but I've recently started expanding to guitar and vocals just to try something new.
I'm currently working on a 4 song demo just to get the ball rolling on new material since it's been so long since I've been active in the music scene. I'm hoping to find a couple other musicians who want to rock out and land a couple of solid shows at good venues in the Seattle area, and maybe do a bit of recording if the stars align.
For this project, I'm looking for people who can play tight, fast, heavy riffs and have experience playing punk, metal or hard rock.
