I am working toward becoming a regular folk festival player. Have been going to the northeast regional folk Alliance and the people's music network conferences the last couple of years. I have many songs which are not being heard and now hope to find some like minded musicians that might want to put together an outfit and target the folk festivals and songwriter showcases.

I have a Martin guitar, a Martin Backpacker, anl Ibanez acoustic guitar, as well as a Fender bass, and a Yamaha Keyboard. I also have good time banjo and a Mountain Dulcimer.
I have two pa systems; a small and medium-sized. I also have the ability to record.

Here's a tune I wrote just for fun, about 2 1/4 years ago, before the election. There was a semi retired army Sergeant living next door, and he was getting on everybody's nerves and in their face and I wrote this song by way of protest, and a way of saying: "Hold on a second now there, buddy! There might be more to life than you can get out of a can of spinach!"

This is another one of those tunes that said: "You HAVE to write me!" I had gotten one lesson from Rory Block on how to play the slide guitar, and I was busy with other things, but as soon as this idea appeared? I couldn't help it! It was way too much fun not to write. This is part of the new group of tunes I'm hoping to play at Folk Festivals. It's got to sing along to it, and it goes like this:
