Hello!

I'd describe myself as a performance-oriented singer first and foremost (I'm a natural bass but have a range up to G4 and falsetto above that), but a close and often complimentary second I also play bass guitar (currently own a Hofner and Fender Jazz Bass). A distant 3rd is I also play rhythm guitar (own a Epiphone Casino and a no-name acoustic).

I'm 52 years old, have been playing and performing since my 20s. I've been in about a half-dozen bands over the last 30 years.

I've written music and recorded demos and albums with some of the groups I've been in.

Although my tastes in music vary widely, the bands I've been in have primarily been oriented around alternative and classic rock either directly covering tunes or writing original material in the same vein. (Most of the music I post to this site is just me singing and playing an acoustic guitar. It should give you an idea of what I sound like and, that it's cover-heavy, the type of music I gravitate toward.)

What I most desire is to be in a band where all members enjoy one another, are committed to live performance, and rehearse regularly.
