**We’re looking for a serious, respectful, responsible, reliable, and cooperative drummer only. That said, if you don’t take at least five minutes a day to effectively communicate with us and read our ad and emails before you reply, then please don’t expect to hear back from us.**
Hey there! We're fun-loving guys in their late 20s and early 30s in need of a drummer in our age group to complete our lineup for casual jam sessions at 7DrumCity in DC, starting on April 30 from 7-9PM. Although our forte is mostly R&B, rock, and pop from the 1970s-80s and hip-hop from the 2000s and 2010s, we'd love to play a wide variety of genres with you as long as you're willing to play ours, which is currently a set list of songs. That said, we need you to be willing to play set lists of songs, please.
We definitely look forward to having tons of laughs and fun with you but since we also take music very seriously, we ask that you please:
1) Are willing to take turns helping us pay for jam sessions. The plan for our first session is to rent a band room at 7DrumCity on April 30 from 7-9PM and split the costs evenly ($15 cash per person).
2) Come to our sessions sober. We can take a trip to the bar afterwards. ;)
3) Have a regular job or at least are in the process of looking for one.
4) Don't ask us for previous material. We won't reject you as long as you're a team player.
