Looking for something laid back and fun. Just something local if possible to jam with people interested in similar styles of music. Would be down to play covers or work on originals. Just want to play with others and broaden my skills and practice a bit. I've been playing guitar on and off for little more than 12 years, but really getting in the practice maybe 4-5. I can play and sing, though would consider myself an amateur.

Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Bush, Smashing Pumpkins, Stone Sour, Staind, Korn, Guns n Roses, Snow Patrol, anything 90s, early 2000s rock related. But listen to bunch of other stuff too, current bands like Slift, Chout, Mannequin Pussy, Eliza & the Delusionals. Also other indie artists I like: Angel Olsen, Kurt Vile, Courtney Barnett, Jose Gonzalez, PJ Harvey, etc. More classic stuff I like: Johnny Cash, Jimi Hendrix and a bunch more.
