I am a singer/ guitarist with strong vocals. I love singing tight harmonies with other strong vocalists.
I would like to put together a working band of musicians and singers (2-4) to schedule gigs in and around the Birmingham area. Duo... Trio?
I would like to work with more mature musicians who like to have a good time, but don't let it get out of hand. Kind people who don't have issues with large egos are a must. Lots of smiles are a plus. If we can't have fun with it, why do it?
I graduated from the Alabama School of Fine Arts studying classical guitar. I now mostly enjoy finger picking acoustic guitar to classic rock, country, blues, folk and many other genres of music.
I played professionally for years, both solo and in groups. My voice is possibly better than it's ever been and I want to play and sing professionally again. It's a passion that I miss; Especially blending voices. I love doing covers that everyone knows, but also enjoy playing with a band who's not afraid to perform worthy originals from time to time.
