I have been able to sing since I was very young, my whole family are musicians and grew up in a great environment musically. It wasnt until I was about the age of 22 where I picked up the guitar and learned to accompany myself while I sang. I have much to learn on guitar yet but do well on my own. I have posted a couple of songs on be recently just to test out the feedback. I have always wondered about being in a band and if it was for me so maybe by joining this site I will find out the ins and outs of the buisness and meet some great people along the way.

Influences
I have always loved the stylings of Dave Matthews Band, I grew up singing songs of Billy Holiday, Frank Sinatra, Karen Carpenter, Anne Murray, Trisha Yearwood and more of the major female vocalists. Currently I listen to Corrine Bailey Rae, Sara Bareilles, Katie Tunstall, Joss stone, Micheal Buble, Jason Mraz, the list goes on and on.
