Hey, I'm Sam - a 16 year old passionate and all-state level musician. I've played violin for almost 10 years and trumpet for almost 7 years. I love to sightread music and play songs from all sorts of genres (especially jazz and blues!). I'd love to join a brass band or something of the sort so I can be apart of a team with people who share the same interests as mine.

Influences
My trumpet teacher, Scott Herman, plays in the Capital One Symphony in D.C. He's the best trumpet player I have ever seen and I am blessed to have him as my teacher. I am also heavily influenced by Louis Armstrong, whose music never fails to serenade me.
