I'm a senior in high school who grew up on metal, specifically post-hardcore artists. My dad was in the metal band Powderburn. Local to Austin texas but traveled all across the state and even outside the state. He got me into metal music young and I used to go to shows when they still played. Grew up on a lot of green day and then got into a lot harder stuff like system and then that shifted towards less known artists like DGD and La dispute.
I've had 3 guitar teachers. All classical though so I got some theory out of them.
Outside of music I'm an audio engineer for multiple theaters in town and head of audio at my high school. I DJ a lot of school events and provide mics for choir and band.
I currently put out solo music and just share around with my theatre friends. Still trying to find my sound a little but I recently have honed in on something.
I've been trained by 3 Audio Professionals.
One was in the army band as an audio engineer.
