Motivated band seeking a talented lead guitarist! Female lead singer has range not often matched and tone that has been compared to Reba McEntire, Martina McBride, Carrie Underwood, and Jennifer Nettles of Sugarland. Bass player and drummer are extremely talented, driven and are quick studies. Looking for a lead player with some energy and a little personality on stage, who knows it is just as important for a band to look good, and be fun to watch as it is to sound good. Looking for someone who can possibly also sing some lead/harmonies, someone who is driven to work hard and take this wherever it may lead. This particular group is in the beginning stages of something wonderful, but each member has played anywhere from 15-30 years. We have the desire and potential to go very far. We love playing, and we believe in practice once a week. Some of our goals (aside from playing a list of rockin' cover tunes, keeping it fresh and always learning new material for shows) include developing a catalogue of original music, cutting a demo and record, getting some promotional materials made and begin seeking gigs opening for national acts. We enjoy playing with others who share our passion for music and who share our belief in practice every week. We do work full-time so we understand that jobs and family comes first.
