Just moved to Hanford with my piano-playing husband, would love to meet a few people to jam and experiment and write with, do collabs/covers, open mics, etc.

My strength is vocals, and then rhythm guitar. I did two month-long shows providing music to local plays, and taught/accompanied a small kids' singing group at a music school. Other than that, its open mics, busking, songwriting groups, and old college courses.

A lot of indie folk: Jon Foreman, Amos Lee, Greg Laswell, Iron & Wine, Jose Gonzales, Regina Spektor, Rhett Miller, Zee Avi. I grew up on oldies and motown radio.

The Kills. James Blake, Chet Faker, and Radiohead, some glitch and chillwave. Smashing Pumpkins. U2 and Switchfoot. Plenty of current alt. rock, pop and R&B, too.
