I am looking for creative, motivated, and organized musicians to create a jazz and progressive rock inspired ensemble. Know your instrument, know your self, and know a good amount of music theory. Initially, this may be more of a cerebral endeavor. Once we have a common understanding of each other and the broader type of music we're creating, there should be some serious groove and mind blowing textures for any crowd.
In terms of you as an individual, you need to be mature, have taken good care of yourself, are a strong communicator, and treat everyone with respect.
