Sarraceno was started by Brady Hoggard in 2008 while attending Utah State University. At the time, Hoggard was influenced by the sounds of Damien Rice, Lisa Hannigan and Vyvienne Long, whose music hailing from Ireland contained dynamic, emotional lyrics and beautiful harmonic cello accompaniment.
Sarraceno’s style blends rock/pop intertwined with cinematic cello melodies, creating a rich, vibrant style that Sarraceno calls its own.
Sarraceno released their debut EP titled “Synonym for Risk” in 2020, followed by the “Come to Me” EP released in 2022.
