Looking for awesomely talented musicians! Need a bassist and a drummer totally devoted to playing in a band that wants to make a living playing/recording and touring. I am a 26 year old male and have had this band called Ceramics for 3 years. Due to the other members moving out of state I have had to move on. We recorded an Ep and a full length album, played countless shows in Manhattan and Brooklyn,(35 venues across the boroughs) had a few write ups in music magazines and got some attention from labels. In our first 6 months we went on tour through Virginia, Tenessee, Illinois down Austin to play South by Southwest and back up thru New Orleans and Georgia . I have written all the material myself and I do a lot of my own recording at home. I am just looking for two nice, down to earth talented musicians. I want to be inspired and for us to push each other to become better musicians. No ego, no drama just friendship and good music. Must be willing to practice 2 to 3 days a week minimum. (As any good band should) I live in the East Williamsburg area and often practice at the Sweat Shop. I am looking to record a full-length album sometime in January that is already completely written, it just needs to be rehearsed with new members. I have alot of experience booking shows at great venues and am looking at playing shows from a business perspective so there is potential pay for every other show.
