Saved On Sunday, an established Christian rock band is seeking a new bass player. We operate out of Des Moines, IA and are looking for a Christian, college aged(ish) bass player to join the band. Our old bass player is now on drums and can teach you everything you need to know from our first two original albums.
About Saved On Sunday:
Saved on Sunday, a rock band, from Des Moines Iowa started taking over the local Christian Rock scene in February of 2009. Running into their first album, "Change The World", SOS teamed up with multi-grammy award winning producer Gary S. Paxton which proved to be a local underground hit. "Change the World" also took Latin radio by storm becoming the first English song to make it to the top 10 in radio charts. S.O.S just finished recording their second album (again with Gary S. Paxton) titled Revolution. It will be globally released in July 2010. SOS is famed for their "face melting" stage show and a capivating unique and personal sound not commonly found in mainstream music. Visit ./savedonsunday to hear some of our music.
We have just purchased a full professional EAW sound system and are getting a trailer soon. We are looking to start doing some touring starting in 2011, so that's our commitment level. Thank you so much, and please contact us for more information!
