Professional musician just moved to VT from Los Angeles. Working in the high schools here for a day job but missing the pro music life and looking to at the very least get together with some solid players and have fun but willing to put as much into it as I can.

Influences
As a writer primarily the Beatles (and their solo ventures), Paul Simon, Randy Newman, The Kinks, etc...lots of early 70s personal reflective songwriting stuff. As far as a player, its wide, ranging from old school country, to jazz (any and all from big band swing to be-bop and hard-bop), to bluesman such as BB King, or Albert King, James Booker or Dr. John. I love early rock n roll, rockabilly stuff. I wish I could have checked off more than 4 categories in the genre section.

EQUIPMENT
Guitars (acoustic flat top and arch top and a gretsch electric). Yamaha keyboard with stereo output for DI. Squire Bass (could be used for live gigging but NOT recording). I have a small home studio set up with some basic but decent gear, mostly set up for multi-tracking but I can go two inputs at the same time.
