I've been around musicians for most of my life, picking up harmonica and lead vocals. In the last 3 years, I've been working seriously on my rhythm acoustic guitar skills towards my goal of performing acoustic guitar rock covers in a bar setting as an (very) early retirement activity.
Through weekly lessons, open mic's and collaborations with other musicians, my skills have improved to intermediate rhythm guitar and above average lead vocals. I'm looking for lead acoustic guitarists or keyboard musicians in the immediate Wesley Chapel area who want to get together, have a few beers and jam, possibly playing open mics, acoustic happy hours, etc.
No pressure... just jamming good music and having fun.
