I started in a rock band when I was in high school (James Gang, Who, Stones, etc). I played in rock bands all through college and continued after graduating. I've always loved the blues (Robben Ford, Joe Bonamassa, Eric Clapton when he was with Cream). Later I got interested in country guitar (Brent Mason, Vince Gill, Jerry Reed, etc.) and played in several country bands for awhile. Lately I've been interested in swing and rockabilly (Brian Setzer, Asleep at the Wheel, Cherry Poppin' Daddies).
