I'm looking to join, create, build, back up a band where we can learn together. Although I've been playing a long time it has been with extended absences but I am back with a vengeance and need a groove. Influences
Current favorite is by far Little Comets. Influences include guitarists Andy Summers, Pat Metheny, Brian May, John Lilley and bands ranging from Bim Skala Bim to the Clash, the Hooters to Echo and the Bunnymen, Erasure to Trampled by Turtles, ABBA to Red Baraat , John Lydon to George van Eps. So pretty much if it has a groove, some messed-up rhythm...I'll dig it.
