I am a drummer/multi-instrumentalist looking to join an existing band or for musicians who want to put together a band to have fun, perform at local venues, and maybe make and monetize videos.

I have been making music almost my entire life. I like a variety of musical genres and artists. Primarily Rock and Country, but I like Indie, Folk, Instrumental, etc. Honestly, if it's a good song that appeals to a wide range of people, let's do it.

I am also a vocalist and love harmonizing. I would prefer that every member of the band sing, so our vocals can be strong. I would love to have female vocalists as well.

Musical Background
I am 40+ years old and live in Spanish Fork. I am originally from Southern California. Drums were my first instrument and I got my first drum set when I was 6 years old. I was in a "band" when I was a Cub Scout in the 80s called "The Rad Dudes and their Daddy-os." The dads played the instruments (my dad played drums) and us "rad dudes" sang. I also traveled and performed as a "Safety Kid" in my youth.

I played drums and sang in various cover bands as a teenager in California and Texas in the 90s and taught myself bass and rhythm guitar. I spent hours and hours in my garage playing drums to my mix tapes that I would make.

In my 20s we moved to Utah and I joined a classic rock and country band with my dad. I played rhythm guitar and sang. My dad was the drummer in the band. That band played together for 16 years.

There were many reasons why I quit that band 5 years ago. The number of shows/gigs we were doing got to be too much for my schedule. My kids were young at the time, so it was a burden on my wife with me being gone every weekend. I miss making music with other musicians and I thought I'd see if maybe I could get back into it again, playing drums.
