ABOUT

I love many types of music but INTERPOL is my go to when it comes to bands that are still relevant in 2018. I am a self-taught guitarist who ended up playing bass in a band called Void Vision in the early '00s. I have since dedicated myself to the drums for the last 5 years.

I was thinking that working around Interpol's catalogue would be a decent jumping off point into original music. Think of 4AD, Factory, Rough Trade and Matador Record companies' artists of yore. Hey Guitarists, where are your delay pedals? I am talking atmospherics!

My home has almost everything except a: PA/mics, computer-based recording gear, and keys/synth. Bonus points to anyone good with live sound. All I have is a handy Tascam DR-05.

I prefer to create from my home. I am walking distance to both the Glenside & Ardsley SEPTA stations, Arcadia University and only a few minutes drive from Mt. Airy, Germantown and Chestnut Hill. FYI - There is a recording studio 5 minutes away.

Pip-pip cheerio,
Sean D.
