Looking to join a band - Harmonica Player, Vocalist, Other Percussion

A full time dedicated blues Harmonica player. Blues, but can also play rock, and modern country. I show up on time, focus on the music. Dependable, supportive, and knowledgable about music.

I have experience helping marketing a band and getting them gigs.

I have played over 100 gigs in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Have a full assessment of Other Percussion to support the band.

Have experience as the sound person in the studio and gigging to set up mixers, etc. Organized the band gig set up. I have marketed bands also obtaining them gigs.

I practice 2 days a week. Gigging one gig a week, but can manage two nights per week if done correctly.

John Mayall, John Lee Hooker, Sonny Boy Williamson, Charlie Musslewhite, Muddy Waters, Hollin' Wolf, Mickey Raphael, and so many others.

Got hooked on the harp with John Mayall's "Room to Move". Listening to so many Blues artist brought more connection to the music. The crossover from blues to rock was easy with the bands out of the 60's and 70's. Then added folk and country, and a taste of bluegrass.

The Harp for me, brings me closer to the music than playing guitar did and does.

Hammond HA-20s, Hohner Crossover's, Hohner customs, Seydel, and many others - Full range of harps. I typically gig with 35-40 harps. Four Harp mics depending on the sound desired. The traditional Shure 520 DX, Ballatini Custom, Shaker Dynamic. and Audix FireBall V. Have two Limited Edition Fender Blues Jr and a small Orange Crate for the Harp. A few pedal boards set for the harmonica.

Percussion - 6 tambourines, 3 sets of maracas, multiple shakers, and a large variety of other instruments that other percussionist use to support a band's sound.
