I’m 32. I’ve played for 20 years. Just looking to have some fun and meet some cool people along the way. I’m rather dedicated to metal, just am, but if there’s good sound or rhythm I can get into that too. I like making music, I often write guitar in my head before playing it then figure it out on the fretboard later. For a long time before moving a bunch, I had drums, a mic, a bass, and 9 guitars so I enjoy all angles of music, I can understand them and work with whatever instrument or equipment and make it sound like it should, good. I’ve played by myself mostly, that’s how I prefer to write, but I’ve played with some people and was in a garage band for a little bit. I’ve learned a little bit of music theory and the circle of fifths, I play by ear, that’s just how I learned many moons ago. I bought my first guitar (Jackson) as a kid when I sold a go-ped scooter I won in a Food4less raffle. 20 years later, still shreddin, but realizing that I don’t want to do anything else.
