Hi, I've been playing around with many different instruments on my own. On very rare occasions I have played with other people. I have never performed in public. I am interesting in gaining experience playing with other people in the Clarion - Cook Forest area. I'm willing to play most types of music, but I'm naturally going to require some preparation to play anything specific. And I would want to jam or practice with people before just jumping on stage without any preparation. So I'm looking for a situation where I can gain some musical experience. I have some music of my own, but I'm willing to play anything for now.

I'm also willing to practice with other people just for fun. Even just one-on-one. I don't necessarily need to perform in public, but I would like to work toward that goal eventually. I'm just looking to gain experience playing with other people and I'm willing to take a shot at whatever might be available in my area.

I have a wide variety of interests. I like the music by Loreena Mckennitt and her celtic band. Although I'm not necessarily looking to play that music specifically. My songs are kind of along those lines. But I'm also interested in Jazz, Folk, Funk, Classic Rock, Blues. I'm open to trying most anything, and I would be happy to start out just playing a bass line, or a simple accompaniment on keyboard, or whatever. I have no burning desire to be center-stage playing the lead. Although I could potentially play some major roles over time. I'm also willing to do vocals, either back-up or the main song, but I'm definitely limited in the types of songs I can do.

I have the following equipment. I'm not saying I can necessarily play all of this. But I do have some experience with most of these instruments. Guitars, Bass Guitar, Keyboard, saxophones, Alto and Tenor, Trumpet, Fiddle, and a set of drums, also some hand drums. I am most skilled on the guitar by far, but I would actually like to play some of these other instruments too. Especially the alto sax. I'm not seeking an instructor and certainly can't afford to pay for one. But it would be nice if someone skilled in any of these instruments would be interesting in jamming together and sharing a musical experience.
