SEEKING
Piano.ABOUT
5 guys that have done this before -- bands, gigging, recording, etc. -- and aren't looking to quit our day jobs. We have the chops to pull this off instrumentally with full backup vocals, but need a dedicated keyboard player that can carry everything from Skynyrd's piano and Gregg Allman's organ to Donald Fagan's Fender Rhodes & Wurlitzer. From a set list perspective, we've been jamming on tunes by Allman Bros, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Cream, Free, ARS, Cars, Steely Dan -- but we want a keys man who'll show up and bring their own flavor to our tunes, as well as bring some tunes they do (or would like to) as well. Oh, and we're basically all in our 40s just trying to put something together to give us an outlet to jam and ultimately, to play the occasional party or bar gig (we've already gigged a few times). And we'll drink a beer or two at practice at our dedicated practice space (read: no rental fees required/expected)
