MUSIC FEATURED IS ORIGINALS FROM MY LAST PROJECT. Features the incredible Steve Wheeler on lead guitar. Intended to give an idea of potential songwriting and song quality. This is ground floor, we are brand new arrivals to your beautiful region. Hope you indulge a long-winded chatty type.
Pro look, pro gear, pro attitude. Former Founder, Lead singer, rhythm guitarist, as well as primary songwriter for popular ML signed band until 2015. Last band I formed and was quickly joined by Molly Hatchet Founding Bassist, Banner Thomas and 1st Lead Guitar from Critically acclaimed solo project from the Hatchet frontman and his Danny Joe Brown Band, Steve Wheeler. Fortunate to play with these idols, and many more legends & icons from my hometown, Jacksonville, Fl. I’d be lying if I didn’t tell you, I’m Southern Rocked OUT….no mas! After our contract lapsed and we opted not to continue due to creative and developmental differences with our label, we disbanded. I took a few years to regain my enthusiasm and lose the bad taste left in my mouth, but now it’s time. Relocating with a bad ass bassist I grabbed up all the way from the UK to join this project. She has a great look, attitude and dedication to her craft. Formally schooled in music, very experienced, well respected and she possesses a natural groove oriented driving heavy thunder style. Her influence is heavier, more modern metal and edgier hard power rock and if I may say, she is Rock Solid! Easy on the eyes too, just saying. Carefully we conceived a band with an approach to our show that doesn’t involve that tired old overused set list, and our approach to the cover material we’ve chosen doesn’t involve mimicry or duplication. Also, the original stuff so far is very hooky and we are proud of it. It’s about a fresh approach to an often overlooked era, due to its reliance of on electronic and synth driven music and its difficulty translating into raw organic rock, but we will translate it!! High energy, nostalgic music with a modern twist. High energy concert like performances in the smaller more intimate venues. I want our audience as worn out after a show, as we are. Since we are an original band, with a definite hook orientation, we actually apply our sound to the covers….not to disrespect the original, but to utilize the covers as well as the originals to in a way, define us and, well, to guarantee a one of a kind live music listening experience. Carefully conceived to be unlike any other bands on the scene, generate a following, have a blast, showcase each members talents and put some amazing stuff out there. Hope to hear from you. One more thing, as I stated, these songs I can assure you as a whole are not on any of your comfortable, familiar, safe setlist. But I’m sure there are badass artists, cocky badass players, who welcome the work, and the challenge. Nothing awesome comes easy, and masterpieces don’t generally come from the safe zone, they require endurance and at times, sacrifice and risk. No junkies, hobbyists, or lazies.
