I have been playing guitar, writing songs, and singing those songs for over 5 years now. I also can play bass but my primary instrument is my guitar. I practice my guitar and all of my songs almost everyday for at least an hour or two, and have been known to play much longer. Now that I am in college I am really looking to get a band together and see what we can do. I am pretty laid back, but I take this very seriously cause I honestly really want to be in a band and see where it can go. I would be interested in anything really and am looking forward to playing more in a band.

Influences
I like anything that rocks. No country, but I can and do play acoustic guitar. My biggest influence is Blink-182(older stuff like enema and TOYPAJ) but my musical range is very broad. I have been influenced by bands like Alter Bridge, Angels & Airwaves, Avenged Sevenfold, Breaking Benjamin, Bullet for my Valentine, A Day to Remember, Foo Fighters, Green day, Metallica, The Offspring, Paramore, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Relient K, Rise Against, Simple Plan, Sum 41, Three Days Grace, The Who and probably a lot more that I can't think of right now. I have a very wide range of musical interests and am interested in playing a lot.

EQUIPMENT
I have a Epiphone Les Paul, with dual humbucklers, which looks like a legit Les Paul. A schecter bass, with two pickups that can be switched. For big events I have a Line6 Spider IV 150 watt amp, It cranks at like 6 so any size won't be a problem. I also have a smaller spider IV 30 watt amp for practice in my room. For bass I have a working man massive amp, with a cab. I borrowed it from a friend and he never asked for it back. I also have/use two wah pedals, and a distortion pedal. I also have two mics. AKG D5 vocal mic and a sennheiser E609 instrument mic. I have really everything we would need to play live.
