I think now it's time to go ahead and start a project that I can respect myself for instead of chasing the normal.
No covers.
No convention.
No rules.

This could be anything from...???... To.....???...
In terms of genre.... Well I hope it ends up something you can't quite put in a category. Something that breaks the rules. Isn't quite pop, country, rock, folk, metal, blues (my favorite), or anything else but becomes it's OWN thing.
What I'm looking for is creative souls that have a passion for music and a flair for creating music.
The genre shouldn't matter. Me telling you we're going to play this or we're going to play that is not the point and is actually 180° opposite of the point.
Music should come from the soul and it should be a conglomeration of the passion people are putting into it.
If you think that you have something to shine with in a collaborative environment then this is probably the project for you. Maybe even if you're shy and don't THINK, but suspect you have it, it is the project for you.
If you want to showcase your technical skills or "chops"..... Be the fastest or the "bestest" it probably isn't going to float your boat.
