Influences

I have the usual classic rock and power pop influences, as well as Latin American folk music and Musica Popular Brasileira. My favorites and representative of the stuff I like to play: Los Lobos--because they play every single style you can think of. Too many bassists who I admire to list, but those who are representative of the style I love include Phil Chen, John Deacon, Sean Hurley, Pino Palladino, Tony Levin, Paul McCartney, and John Paul Jones.
