Hey what up I'm Michael. I've been playing music for almost 15 years now, but I've been taking music more seriously in the last 6 or so years. I'm currently the front man for iamsnail, so that is my main commitment. However, I can still fill in for guitar/bass for performances and I also enjoy writing and recording. As a band, we are also looking for a synth/keyboard player that can also play simple guitar parts.
For my music preferences, I enjoy listening to all genres. A good song is a good song no matter where it comes from or how its labeled. I personally play and write a lot of rock and rock adjacent stuff and mix it with ideas I like from other genres. Heavy with danceable grooves is always good, but I also cant get enough of good lyricists (Adrienne Lenker, Laura Veirs).
