Experience is not necessary as long as you're willing to learn the songs I'm on StarMaker Sissonville I can figure out a way to audition just from your iPhone and you can audition me too :-) this is a collaboration. I can get us gigs though. I've been in the Ray-Ban's and the project among other band such as the factory.
