ABOUT

I am interested in putting together a power trio, or also a keyboardist. Progressive blues and rock, But, some top 40 country, and classic outlaw country to keep a level feel based on crowd reaction when on stage. We are in Missouri, and sadly, artistic walls still haunt live bands from really branching outside the box on their performances. But I would like to put together a group, that does within reason. I am looking to play shows with songs that everyone loves from their favorite bands, but the ones that no one else does live.

Influences

Tastefull but excentric blues and country artists and progressive southern rock. We can even slip in a couple of "out of the box" tunes for fun after we are known. I am also well rounded in slide, and technical proficiency in my equipment. Sounding good is more important to me than being thought of as amazing.( contrary to most guitarists) I am a true and dedicated guitar player....and wanting the same in my fellow bandmates. I have a style that is mixed with Billy Gibbons taste, Ted Nugents live presence...and Via's eccentricity. Brad Paisley is the one I wish I could play like when I am dreaming at night though.....hahaha.

Members Of Band

I want members who are at least prepared for practice and take sounding good live seriously. I want musicians not just people who own instruments. Once we are off and running, if it is unnecessary to practice so often because everyone does thier homework, good. If not we can practice once a week and play once or twice a week.

EQUIPMENT

I play a '74 Les paul, Raven west neck thru, Tele and strat, through a peavey 5150. I also have a champion bassboat, tackle and guns and a bow. I personally believe that these items help me facilitate my musical abilitys and personalities.
