ABOUT
I've been playing guitar for over 50 years. I've played Classic Rock, Classic Country, Hard Rock/Metal, New Country, Beach, Contemporary Christian and other genres. Have done some studio work as well. I've been a member of various bands in the Triad area including: East of Memphis, Ambush, BakYa!, Vinyl Underground, Downtown Band, Mid-Life Crisis, and others. Just finished a series of shows with the Usual Suspects - filling in for their guitar player for a few months. Making a joyful noise at Mount Airy Wesleyan Church. Looking to play a little more relaxed schedule in the upcoming years - a couple of times a month. I don't want to be a rock star, I don't do drugs, and am a moderate drinker. If you want to party instead of play music, I wouldn't be a fit. If you're looking for a good, consistent guitar player, we probably should talk. Vocally, I think I'm much better at background vox than lead vox, but I can do both.
