I'm putting together a new rock/alt/pop project. I'm a singer/multi-instrumentalist and I write songs. I've fronted several local bands and have experience touring regionally and nationally. That said, I've spent the last few years writing and recording alone in my home studio. I have pro gear, a great attitude, reliable transportation, and I don't use drugs. I don't necessarily want to play those songs. I miss the process of writing new music as a band. It always turns out way cooler than I expected that way and I crave collaboration.
With this project, I sing and play bass. I'm playing with an excellent drummer. Now, we are seeking the right guitarist/backup vocalist to join us and complete our line-up.
I love punk, rock, pop rock, indie, alt rock... pretty much anything with big guitars and drums.
I still have a few connections in the industry. We could be playing gigs within a couple of months of solidifying a line up. Expect to rehearse 2 times a week and play one quality show per month. I would much rather get everybody we can out for one show a month then half of them out to two or a quarter of them out to four...etc. Lets not wear out our following right off the bat.
