I (Tim) represent the founder, owner, and operator of an extreme metal band as the head Producer/Engineer/Song writer. My ax of choice is the 5 string bass guitar (ESP). WE (Vocalist/Bassist) are looking for a guitar player who is not only looking to join our ranks, but contribute to songwriting, stage, and studio as an active member of the band.
Treat this like a start up, but I need a guitarist with exceptionally impressive skill who not only takes direction and criticism professionally, but also offers feedback with logic to support their point of view. The role I'm looking for in a guitarist is to replace me on guitars So that I may focus more on the bass guitar and the song production.
Preferably a guitarist who is humble but not afraid to stand their ground. Knows more about playing the instrument than guitar trivia.
Eventually we'll be looking for a drummer but this project needs a wicked guitarist that knows how to convey emotion through their guitar play. We have songs in our Arsenal already but improvements are yet to be laden with a better guitar player than myself.

We run off of protools 11 and rehearse with instruments in the back tracks until YOU arrive.
A full rehearsal space with internal studio setup for play-back and solo mix monitoring complete with a house drum set that looks like even punks and black metal heads would grin at. Double pedal, Snare, rack, floor X2, hat/ride and 5 more cymbals to compliment.
