ABOUT

SkyMuseum is a band based out of New York City. Originally set to build music through collaborations with online musicians. Now looking to add members to the group to be able to perform the songs live!

We are looking for dedicated musicians who are passionate and focused on creating kick ass music! We are professional yet fun. Must be willing to work, be able to utilize social media, willing to be on camera, willing to create not just music but also content! We live in a digital world, learn to utilize it to your advantage.

Yen (YenYorkCity) is a vocalist/musician influenced by grunge and inspired by metal and synth. Her style reflects artists like Mazzy Star, Shirley Manson, and Chris Cornel. She is also experimental with her voice and utilizes effects to create texture to the music. She also throws in twists of Maynard Keenan style of writing and intonation on singing parts.

Luna (LunaSoturi) Drummer/Percussionist is Yens romantic partner and backbone. Luna focuses a lot on developing top notch production and design to resonate with the performance and esthetic. Luna leeds the graphics department, audio engineering, videography, and editing. Musical background stems off of his passion to play a lot of Dream Theater. Yen calls him the Mike Portnoy of Twitch. Luna can hold a solid pocket, play to the music, and experiment with sounds to cater to the feal of the songs. Influences span from Benny Greb, Mike Portnoy, Jojo Mayer, Marco Minnemann, Thomas Lang.
